Please be aware that there is a cancellation policy in place. By agreeing to my Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing to being completely responsible for your own booking. All clients must ensure that they enter the correct personal details to the booking system and make sure these are up to date.

You are welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your booking. Anything after this time frame, please see our cancellation policy.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this will count as a 'no show' and you will be expected to pay the full treatment cost.

All treatments can be carried out from 16+. I will not perform any treatments on clients under the age of 16, even with parental consent. This is required by my insurance.

All new clients require a patch test at least 24 hours before their treatment. This also counts for clients who have not visited BW Studios for a minimum of 6 months, or have had any changes to their medical history, a new patch test will be required.

Please note, it is the clients responsibility to book and arrive to a patch test appointment. You will not be able to book a treatment via my website without booking a patch test first.

After your treatment, you will be advised of aftercare advice.

Aftercare advice can also be seen via my Instagram highlights. It is the clients responsibility to maintain their treatment from home.

Aftercare kits are sold in the salon and can be purchased at your appointment. These include 2 of my favourite products to maintain brow health. I can not be held responsible for any issues if the correct aftercare/prep hasn't been followed.
